3. Infrastructure and Third-Party Services
Our platform runs on Cloudflare, which handles website hosting, DNS, and security (including Turnstile bot protection). Cloudflare may process traffic data as part of normal operations.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and handles payment data independently under their own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your contact information as long as we have an active business relationship with you. If you'd like us to delete your data, contact us and we'll take care of it promptly.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Just reach out and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Cookies
We don't run advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies as part of bot protection.
